DollHeart Fukubukuro Bags - YoSD Size

Just about all DollHeart fashions are fabulous.  They come in a variety of sizes and every once in a while DollHeart will offer fukubukuro bags - mystery bags of DollHeart items for a significant discount.  It is a must for me to pick up one of these when I see a DollHeart vendor at a convention.  They are super cute. Below are two YoSD fukubukuro grab bags of random items on my Peak's Woods Hucky and tan Cheshire Goon.  The bags of items usually have some coordinated pieces of clothing, but are always great to mix and match.

Beautiful Lines Momoko

When this Momoko came out a while back, I was in love with the different collar choices.  I finally got around to purchasing her and taking some photographs.  Below are real-life photos of her.  There is still saran wrap on her body from the packaging since I didn't want to remove it. An interesting note about this particular Momoko is that her collars are quite delicate.  I broke the white lace one within minutes of opening the box, but it was, fortunately, easy to repair.  Also, it appears the pale pink collar could be a tad larger since it doesn't seem to go all the way down to the collar seam of the dress.

What do you think?  Post about it on the Facebook page.  The outfit is sure a winner for me.

New Designs for IT Ladies

The Los Angeles Integrity Toys 2013 convention is getting close, so I have been sewing up a storm of IT dolly clothing.  Some are currently up on my Etsy site, but many will debut at the IT convention.  See some sneak peeks below. Along with Jem and Fashion Royalty clothing, there will be a good amount of Poppy Parker/Misaki outfits.  The Monster High inventory will be back as well.  Be sure to check out Etsy after the convention, because any remaining inventory will be up for sale.

Mauve Maiden Momoko, In Real Life

The Mauve Maiden (13AN Home) Momoko arrived yesterday with her cute little shoes and detachable collar.  I was surprised when I opened the box to see a green-colored dress.  I don't know why I missed that, but it was a great surprise.  After hanging out with her for a short while and taking photos, I realized she reminds me a bit of Christmas, perhaps because of the evergreen color in her eyes and dress.  Her name may note her mauve accents, but she's all about the green for me. What do you think of the doll?  Post about it on the Facebook page.

Alexander McQueen Lives on at Barbie Con

The 2013 Barbie Convention has come and gone, but I felt the need to post something very noteworthy about this convention.  This lovely replica of a dress from the Alexander McQueen “Widows of Culloden” collection was available through a lottery system at Barbie Con.  She was done by the very talented Magia2000 in Italy.  The gown is hand embroidered and beaded lace.  If there was ever a Barbie to own, this would have been at the top of my list. With all the sequin and beading work I have been doing lately for a separate project, I might just decide to use those skills toward my own little fabulous couture doll outfit.
